About Community

Bryce Hill Townhouse Condominiums comprise 44 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms and more located on scenic Bryce Hill, the birthplace of Bryce Resort. Bryce Hill is adjacent to Lake Laura and a quick walk to the Basye post office, community store and gas station, and restaurants. Bryce Resort and Orkney Springs are short drives in either direction.

The Bryce Hill Townhouse Condominiums are one of three condominium associations on Bryce Hill. The other two are Coco and Lakeside. The Bryce Hill Townhouse Condominiums are buildings, or stacks, 15 - 26.
